We have seen our clients through infringement and unfair competition suits in courts throughout the United States. When necessary, we are prepared to appeal appropriate matters to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We will aggressively pursue these matters whether in connection with infringement litigation or adverse rulings of the Patent and Trademark Office.
